This course offers a comprehensive introduction to quantum computing, starting from the basics and progressing to advanced algorithm design and implementation. No prior knowledge of quantum computing or quantum physics is required, though familiarity with matrix-vector multiplication is expected. The course will guide you through the mathematics of quantum computing, the creation of quantum gates and circuits, and the implementation of the Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA) on IBM's quantum computers.
