SCHEDULE FOR PAPER PRESENTATIONS INFORMATION:
There will be sessions for fifteen-minute contributed papers throughout the Conference.
Please include any scheduling request in the body of the email which contains the attached abstract.
If you must alter the abstract, you must resend the corrected abstract by email.
We attempt to honor reasonable* scheduling requests, but consideration is given for coherent sessions.
* at least a total of one day.
REQUIRED FORMAT AND SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL ABSTRACTS:
Please submit your abstracts by email as TeX, plain text, or a MS Word document along with a PDF version.
It is required that the title and the abstract be no more than 20 lines single spaced (combined).
All lines of the abstract, including title, author(s) names and institutions should be the same font size.
Please use font size 12.
The title of the paper must appear on the first line.
The author(s) name and institution must appear on the second line.
There should be no unnecessary blank spaces.
Indicate the presenter of multiple author(s) papers with an asterisk (*).
DO NOT INCLUDE the word, "ABSTRACT."

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS FOR SPRINGER NATURE PROMS:
Papers presented at the Conference will be considered for publication in Springer Nature PROMS. Complete texts must be submitted by Friday, May 22, 2025 to be considered for inclusion and must follow the instruction sheet included with the manuscript submission form.
Notice to Presenters: We will have computers, computer projectors, and overhead projectors (upon request) available in the lecture rooms. Due to the possibility of computer failure or computer incompatibility, we suggest that you bring backup materials in case there are any problems with the computer presentation.
