The workshop is planned to span 3.5 days, starting on the morning of Thursday, October 29, and ending on Sunday, November 1, around noon. Each full day will consist of two sessions (morning and afternoon), so a total of 7 sessions are planned.

The first 3 sessions (Thursday and Friday morning) will take place at the Embassy Suites Deerfield Beach Resort & Spa. This oceanfront hotel is located just a 10 minute drive south from Florida Atlantic University, where the other 4 sessions (Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday morning) will take place, as part of a special session of the AMS southeastern regional meeting.

Please note that the Embassy Suites Hotel in Boca-Raton,  mentioned in this sheet, should NOT be confused with the Embassy Suites Deerfield Beach Resort, where the first half of the meet will take place.
