Partial Support for Students

Through the generosity of the National Security Agency, we shall be able to provide a limited amount of support for a portion of the expenses of some students presenting papers at the Conference. We need a brief statement of application by the student, a statement of support from the student's department, the student's name, address and US Social Security Number, and an estimate of expenses. A copy of the abstract should be attached. We can then make our allocations. We can accept the applications until the abstract deadline of February 16, 2005 .

Each participant is entitled to receive a copy of the four volumes of Congressus Numerantium containing the Conference proceedings for a minimal charge of $45 , which includes postage and handling.

*Student Registrations must be accompanied by a statement of enrollment from their University.
