Each of the above hotels is less than five miles from the Florida Atlantic University campus. The Best Western/University Inn, Embassy Suites, and Doubletree Suites will offer two van trips to the conference each day. Limited transportation will be provided between the other hotels listed above and the conference sessions. Car pools are encouraged! Participants of the 35th conference had mixed reactions to the service and facilities. This year participants are on their own. For hotel reservations, you must provide a credit card guarantee or a minimum deposit of one night's room rent. Each hotel has a different cancellation/refund policy, so be sure to check with them directly. To receive the special group rate, please be sure to let each hotel know that you are participating in the CGTC Mathematics Conference at FAU. Please note that all of the above hotels have a reservation deadline. After that date, reservations will be taken on a space available basis at the prevailing rate as determined by the individual hotel. All hotel rates are subject to state and county taxes, presently 11%.
