The following list shows the EIT math requirements and the courses which cover them at different community colleges and universities in SE Florida. The codes mean
A = Florida Atlantic University
B = Broward Community College
D = Miami - Dade Community College
P=  Palm Beach Community College
Dark Cell = recommendation (first draft) by the Calculus Content Coordination Committee of SFEEC.
THE DARK CELLS MAY NOT PRINT WHEN VIEWED BY MS INTERNET EXPLORER  AND PRINTED ON A BLACK AND WHITE PRINTER. PRINTING IN COLOR, OR PRINTING BLACK AND WHITE THROUGH NETSCAPE SHOULD WORK. I CAN FAX YOU A COPY OF THE TABLES IF YOU GIVE ME YOUR FAX NUMBER (CALL ME AT 561 - 297 3237).
The courses are
MAT 1105 College Algebra
MAT 1140 Precalculus Algebra
MAC 1114 Trigonometry
Calculus 1, 2, 3, and Differential Equations 1, 2 (or Engineering Mathematics 2).
The course MAT 1147 Precalculus Algebra / Trigonometry is a combination of MAT 1140 and MAC 1114.
The above links refer to current course outlines at FAU. Let me know if your course outline is on the web - I can link it to this page.
Often, a topic is introduced in some course, and revisited in subsequent courses. Only "substantial" re-visitations are marked in the tables.
